Paul was such a help to us in creating new IT systems for adult social care and I worked closely with him on a number of projects until I retired a year ago. He used to tease us about being "pink and fluffy" social workers and his dry wit, usually delivered with a dead pan expression, gave me many a laugh. He was a real character and I was so sorry to hear about his death. I send my condolences to you all in your sad loss.
